Sahih Muslim Book 029, Number 5621:
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (Peace be upon him) as saying: When the time draws near (when the Resurrection is near) a believer’s dream can hardly be false. And the truest vision will be of one who is himself the most truthful in speech, for the vision of a Muslim is the forty-fifth part of Prophecy……
Here is an excerpt from an interview of Qari Badr-uz-Zaman Badr (who spent three years in prison and was recently released from Guantanamo). It was aired on ARYONE in a program called ‘views on news’ in May 25 2005. It is in Urdu but a brother translated it to English.
THE TRANSLATION:
“We were busy in continuous worship and people (of Guantanamo) were close to ALLAH (SWT). Many people dreamt of the Prophet (peace be upon him) with glad tidings that freedom is near.And Prophet Eesa (as) came and said that those who call themselves ‘nasraani’ [Christians], those people are not on the correct path and are astray and will be destroyed.
A Mujahid told me that he was asleep in Bagram during intense winter. Eesa (as) came in his dream with the Quraan in one hand and the Injeel [Bible] in the other. The mujahid said he wanted to embrace Eesa (as) and kiss him. But Prophet Eesa (as) stepped back. Someone announced this is a Mujahid from Cuba, Guantanamo. So Eesa (as) shook my hand and he kissed me on my forehead. He took my hand in his and said to me do not worry for freedom is very close and the ‘nasraani’s’ will be destroyed. AND THAT I AM COMING.
He (mujahid) says when my hand was shaken I woke up. It was not warm but the mujahid was perspiring…”
“Then an Arab mujahid dreamt of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Prophet (peace be upon him) told him you are ‘ahl al-badr’ [the people of Badr]. So the mujahid said the people of Badr have passed away…So the Prophet (peace be upon him) said ‘antum min ahl al-badr at-thani’ [You are the second people of Badr] and that your status is not much less than that of the people of Badr”.

Mujahideen freed the 48 captured soldiers in Swat Friday 2-11-07, Maulana Fazlullah who is leading a campaign for Islamic law spokesman Maulana Sirajuddin told the media that the 48 captured security officials were released and they were given Rs.500 each as pocket money by the Mujahideen. Mujahideen presented before the media the 48 security soldiers who were captured during the battle with the security forces in the mountain of Khwazakhela on Thursday.
Maulana Sirajuddin also said that 100 more security forces had surrendered elsewhere in Swat. Those held in Charabagh said they did not want to fight other Muslims and fellow Pashtun tribesmen. Collectively they told reporters they were resigning from their jobs. “I will prefer to become a labourer instead of fighting against our own people,” said Riaz Khan, 24. Mujahideen in the South Waziristan tribal region are still holding more than 400 soldiers kidnapped two months ago.
There are many Pakistan military soldiers who have refused to take part in military operations against their Muslims brothers. The Pakistan military has deployed their Shia kafir soldiers in these areas to fight the Mujahideen.

This Jihaad in Pakistan will, bi idhnillah, become a conflict between the army and population as now people are starting to realize the truthfulness in the claim of the Mujaahideen (of wanting the Shari’ah) and are seeing their immense mercy with the army of Musharraf. There are talks now about the Pakistan government allowing the Mujaahideen to rule with Shari’ah in Swat. The government is in a huge dilemma here and it’s funny since it’s a lose-lose situation for them. If they allow the Mujaahideen to establish the Shari’ah, then the Mujaahideen will eventually spread the Shari’ah all across Pakistan, capturing one city at a time. Wa lilaahil hamd. If they don’t allow the Mujaahideen to establish the Shari’ah, then the Mujaahideen will wage a huge onslaught upon the army of Musharraf and tear them into pieces as we have been seeing the past couple of weeks. In addition to that, it would destroy the infrastructure of the Pakistan Government and give rise to the support of the Mujaahideen since they rule with justice.
This war isn’t going to be anything like the Lal Masjid siege. Rather, this is going to be a long-term war till the rule of Allah is established throughout Pakistan and continues to spread throughout neighboring countries. It’s best now for the groups in Pakistan, such as Jama’at-e-Islami, Tanzeem-e-Islami etc. that are not Jihaadee to support the Jihaad whether it be through the use of wealth, tongue or physical self. This is the test of Allah upon the nation of Pakistan. It is a test to see who are the hypocrites and who are the true believers.
أَوَلا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ لا يَتُوبُونَ وَلا هُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
Do they not see that they are tried once or twice every year? Yet, they turn not In repentance, nor do they learn a lesson (from it). (at-Taubah: 126)
Maulana Fazlullaah (hafidhullah) has set 3 conditions for talks with the Apostate Government:
1) Withdrawal of security forces from Swat.
2) Enforcement of Islaamic Shari’ah law.
3) All legal cases against his Mujahideen be dropped.
Some might say, “They are Apostates! Why are they even thinking about doing talks with them?!” Allah knows best as to their intentions, but from what is apparent, there could be a few reasons why they set these conditions for talks:
a) If the Government agrees to these 3 conditions, then the Mujaahideen can roam freely in Pakistan and do their work peacefully by doing da’wah and calling to Jihaad without hindrance from the government.
b) If the Government agrees to these 3 conditions, then it gives a chance for the true Muslims all around Pakistan to make Hijrah to Swat and strengthen the Islamic Emirate. Just pause and think of the results for a minute. If this were to happen, then we would see a solid foundation in Swat for a nascent Islaamic State as it would be full with people that have various abilities such as engineering, doctorate, military, education, finance, IT, Islaamic Scholarship and so on. And Allah knows best.
Now we are not saying that if the government agrees to the conditions, then they will allow the Mujaahideen to further their cause in the physical sense. No, this path of the establishment of Tawheed is the path of Jihaad. So there will be trials, there will be hardships, there will be blood spilled, there will be bones broken, and most importantly, there will be Shuhadaa’. The Shuhadaa’ are the ones who pave the way for the victory of Islaam.
So rejoice Ya Muslimeen! Victory is all around the globe, coming at us from different mountain tops. We must stick to the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger if we want this victory to be purely for Allah’s sake. AllahuAkbar! And to Allah alone is the reckoning.

Prisoners of Faith
Ibn Taymiyyah said in his famous saying: “What can my enemies do to me? My paradise and garden are in my chest, and do not leave me. My imprisonment is seclusion with Allah, and my death is martyrdom, and my expulsion is tourism. If the people who imprisoned me were given the equivalent of this prison in gold, it would not do them as much good as what Allah has given me with this prison.”

[The local population gives donations to the Taliban fighting the Security Forces]
The Jihaad in Pakistan has already begun and is taking form. All the Muslims, especially the Pakistani Muslims in the West should be supportive of the Mujaahideen. They are fighting for Allah’s Cause whereas the NaPak Army is fighting for the Taaghooti Cause. Already the Mujaahideen have control over some areas, establishing the Shari’ah, and kicking out the Murtadeen. Out of all the Jihaad’s today, this has to be the most successful Jihaad in the shortest rate of time, wallahu ‘Alam. Of course, it’s not fully formed yet nor completed, but the mere fact that after the Lal Masjid siege, the Mujaahideen took up arms against the Murtadeen Army, kicked them out of certain cities and established the law of Allah ‘Azza wa Jall (yes, with Islaamic Courts) in just a time span of a few months, this has to be the fastest rate of a successful and fruitful Jihaad. We pray that Allah ‘Azza wa Jall gives more power, ability, strength, and help to these noble brothers who are a mix of not only Pakistani’s, but you’ll find Muslims from Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Sheeshaan, Turkey, Africa and many Arab Countries involved in this Jihaad.

Fazlullah’s spokesman said that the local Taliban had a complete hold on Kanju, Bara Bandai (recently named as Islam Bandai), Koza Bandai (named as Shariat Bandai), Sangota, Shakardarra, Pir Kalay, Charbagh and Sambat. “In these areas, we have established check-posts manned by local Taliban,” he said.
“We have simple demands: withdrawal of security forces from Swat and enforcement of Sharia in the region.” He maintained that the powerful military of Pakistan could dismantle their recently established rule in parts of the region but it would lead the country to an Afghanistan-like situation as they would wage a guerrilla war against the security forces.
